The air conditioning and ventilation system as well as other indoor structure having lots of pipelines, channels, holes and seams, together with the goods, people flow and landfills, form the environment suitable for the pests’ reproduction.
Control Points
- The areas of processing food (cake room, bread room, cooked food room and snack zone) are main movement areas of rodent, which shall be kept clean with the anti-mouse facilities equipped in place
- Pests are taken to the fresh area along with the fruits and vegetables as well as packages. In particular, the cockroaches may inhabit on the shelf, and the fruit flies may be bred in fruits and vegetables area. The regular inspection and control are required to keep the anti-fly facilities in good condition
- Fresh fish zone, meat zone and garbage chamber are the movement areas of winged insects, especially the flies. The larvae are generally originated from the seams in drainage ditches. Therefore, the environmental hygiene shall be guaranteed, the anti-fly facilities shall be installed rationally with regular source treatment
- Warehouse area is the high incidence area for the activities of rodent, and the rodent biting through food package may happen, causing environmental pollution and economic loss. Try to ensure that the structural seam and holes in such area are plugged well and conduct detection and control of various pests in warehouse area continuously

- Our technician shall visit prospecting and communicate with the person in charge
- Our technician shall make density investigation before the pest control services and to understand the pest species, invasion location and quantity
- Formulate pest control points and make point map (Client shall provide floor plan)
- Formulate pest control plan. Make monthly adjustment to the pest conditions on site
- Use safe & efficient gel baits and cockroaches’ granules for the control of cockroaches as per the pest control plan. The cracks and holes shall be plugged, and rodent bait monitoring stations equipped in unloading area and garbage chamber with the sticky mouse traps used for rodent control in warehouse. The fruit fly cups shall be placed in fresh area and fruit & vegetable area, and adopt sticky trap type fly lamps to kill the winged insects. The knapsack type sprayer and sanitary pesticide shall also be used in garbage chamber for residual spray
- Provide pest control service report after service each time, evaluate the pest conditions on site and specify the contents requiring client’s assistance in order to improve the control effect
- Our technical supervisor or quality inspector shall re-visit our clients and inspect the service quality regularly
- Provide “Total Satisfaction Guarantee” service commitment. If you are not satisfied with the post-service effect, we will make follow-up for free till the effect improved (Inapplicable to single service client; LBS reserves the right of final decision)
