The commercial-office buildings or office premises are consisted of a building or several buildings in which often contain canteens, restaurants and stores. Some commercial-office buildings have business, shopping, leisure & entertainment and snacks premises. Because of catering, pests may migrate to interior building and become an ideal habitat for pests. Whereas the building structure of traditional office building and the tenant type won’t be too complicated with cleaner environment. However, the food materials, snacks and fruits in office space are the main reason for the pests’ infestation.
Control Points
- Monitor the pests density regularly. Set up key prevention & control scope including substation (house), high & low voltage room (all floors), generator room, technology layer, floor pipe shaft, manhole, monitor room, basement (underground parking), kitchen, dining room, warehouse, elevator shaft, piping shaft, garbage chamber and sewage treatment room, etc.
- The rodent baits shall have a good palatability and be put in positions. In terms of killing cockroaches, it is required to conduct thorough inspection before operation and find out cockroaches location for prevention
- Residual spray at source to prevent winged insects

- Formulate pest control plan. Make monthly adjustment to the pest conditions on site
- Use safe & efficient gel baits and cockroaches’ granules for the control of cockroaches as per the pest control plan. The cracks and holes shall be plugged, and put rodent bait monitoring stations in building periphery, car park and garbage chamber. Place the second-generation anticoagulant rodent baits and sticky mouse traps in equipment rooms on each floor. For winged insects, the sticky trap type fly lamps shall be installed at the lobby, entrance and exit. The knapsack type sprayer and sanitary pesticide shall also be used in underground parking and public areas for residual spray. Use wigglers baits in water-collecting well regularly so as to control the breeding of mosquitoes
- Provide pest control service report after service each time, evaluate the pest conditions on site and specify the contents requiring client’s assistance in order to improve the control effect
- Our technical supervisor or quality inspector shall re-visit our clients and inspect the service quality regularly
- Provide “Total Satisfaction Guarantee” service commitment. If you are not satisfied with the post-service effect, we will make follow-up for free till the effect improved (Inapplicable to single service client; LBS reserves the right of final decision)
