Environmental Features
The hotel has most of high buildings and large mansions, and the tube wells between floors are not separated so that the rodent can go through vertically. The cable ducts, trunking mouth and the bottom of the door with too large seams or not sealed tightly are convenient for the access of rodents and cockroaches which can escape and hide here. In addition, the hotel has various functional places such as catering department, fitness room, conference room, guest room and linen room where there are lots of foods or water source under the warm, humid and multi-seam environment, and these have provided the most basic survival condition for pests. As a result, the hotel is bound to be the place where the rodents and cockroaches escape, conceal, move and multiply.
Control Points
- External environment such as the cargo handling platform is the main invasion approach for the rodent, winged insects and crawling pests. It is required to perfect rodent bait monitoring station and insect prevention facilities
- People flow at lobby front desk and the entrance door is always opened which cause mosquitoes and flies’ invasion
- Catering department is the region seriously affected by rodents and cockroaches where the preventions shall be arranged to avoid pests contaminating food materials and causing economic losses
- Guests may be bitten by bedbugs and fleas in rooms, so, regular inspection and treatment are required

- Our technician shall visit prospecting and communicate with the person in charge
- Our technician shall make density investigation before the pest control services and to understand the pest species, invasion location and quantity
- Formulate pest control points and make point map (Client shall provide a floor plan)
- Formulate pest control plan. Make monthly adjustment to the pest conditions on site
- Use safe & efficient gel baits and cockroaches’ granules for the control of cockroaches as per the pest control plan. The cracks and holes shall be plugged, and rodent bait monitoring stations equipped in unloading area, underground parking and garbage chamber with the sticky mouse traps used for rodent control in various kitchens and warehouses. The sticky trap type fly lamps shall be placed at the hotel entrances and exits, and both knapsack type sprayer and sanitary pesticide shall also be used in garbage chamber and underground parking for residual spray against winged insects. The water emulsion shall be regularly used with the ultra-low-volume sprayer for the control of winged insects in lobby and guest rooms
- Provide pest control service report after service each time, evaluate the pest conditions on site and specify the contents requiring client’s assistance in order to improve the control effect
- Our technical supervisor or quality inspector shall re-visit our clients and inspect the service quality regularly
- Provide “Total Satisfaction Guarantee” service commitment. If you are not satisfied with the post-service effect, we will make follow-up for free till the effect improved (Inapplicable to single service client; LBS reserves the right of final decision)
