- Site survey to verify and understand the species, location and degree of encroachment
- Formulate control methods (Chemical spray control or bait trapping) and control frequency (Single service or monthly service)
- Chemical spray control: All timber components with termites on site are sprayed by termite control insecticide (Applicable to single service)
- Bait trapping: A certain quantity of underground termite bait stations are laid around the building on site. The bait stations are checked and maintained once a month to ensure its intact function, replace the invalid bait, and put professional termite control baits on the stations where termites are detected. Ground termite bait stations with safe baits will be installed at the indoor termite routes and holes. They will be checked once a month to ensure its intact function, also baits will be added if there are a large number of termites (Inapplicable to single service client)
